Revathy currently serve SNG Trident in the role of Executive Director. She is responsible for overall operation and administration management of SNG Trident Pvt Ltd (India), which includes HR Activities and Operations. Her areas of expertise are in Organizational set up, Policy Formulation, Job profiling, Recruitment & Selection, Induction & Orientation, Performance Management, Employee Motivation & Engagement, CSR and Office Administration.

Revathy holds a bachelor’s degree in science, and a Certified Human Resource Management Professional from India.
